a tool used in conjunction with Flight Schedule
Monitor that allows users to strategically cancel
and substitute flights involved in ground delay
programs. This course will give you a hands on introduction
to the ESM software and its slot-swapping capabilities.
You will learn how to manually and automatically
substitute flights, change flight parameters, and
submit substitutions to ETMS using CDM protocol.
