ESM Class Overview

Overview
The Enhanced Substitution Module (ESM) is a tool used in conjunction with Flight Schedule Monitor that allows users to strategically cancel and substitute flights involved in ground delay programs. This course will give you a hands on introduction to the ESM software and its slot-swapping capabilities. You will learn how to manually and automatically substitute flights, change flight parameters, and submit substitutions to ETMS using CDM protocol.

Class Duration
The Introductory ESM class is a half day in length and will run from 8:00 - 12:00 PM or 1:00 - 5:00 PM depending on the date. The cost of the class is $750.00 per student (minimum of 5 students is required)). The Introductory and Intermediate ESM class is a full day in length and will run from 9:00 - 4:00 PM. The cost of the class is $1500.00 per student. Please look at the schedule of upcoming classes and fill out a registration form if you are interested in signing up for one of these classes. Discounts are available for groups of 7 or more.
