Mr. Klopfenstein has over 20 years of experience in aerospace engineering, program management, concept engineering, advanced aviation research, airspace design and optimization, Traffic Flow Management (TFM) operational analysis and investment analysis for the FAA and NASA. Mr. Klopfenstein is responsible for the supervision of program and project leaders and managers, directs and controls the technical and administrative activities performed under various research, concept engineering and analysis contracts in the aviation field. Mr. Klopfenstein holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of Virginia.
