| Metron Aviation Appoints Alan Bloodgood as Vice President of Advanced Development and Support |

Dulles, Virginia—November 5, 2009— Metron Aviation, a proven leader in advanced research, engineering services and Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) solutions, announces the appointment of Alan Bloodgood as Vice President of Advanced Development and Support. Mr. Bloodgood possesses over 24 years of experience in Air Traffic Management (ATM), real-time software engineering, systems integration and program management. Mr. Bloodgood joins Metron Aviation from Lockheed Martin, where he held numerous leadership positions in aviation and ATM programs. As Director of Aviation and Advanced Project Development, Mr. Bloodgood engineered and deployed high-reliability Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) ATM systems for a global customer base. Also, he was also responsible for the overall development of ATM technology and investment strategy for U.S. and international operations.
