successfully deployed operationally at both FAA
and airline facilities and have provided NAS users
with significant benefits. Metron Aviation provides
daily operational support at the ATCSCC, as well
as airline technical support to participants on
CDM tools.

Metron Aviation’s in-house tool development
gives our support staff an in-depth knowledge of
the software tools. Knowledge of new capabilities
within the CDM Tools enables Metron Aviation Operations
Support staff to be equipped and ready to serve
the CDM community. In addition to our staff’s
software and domain knowledge, they work intimately
with both the FAA and airlines, which provides insight
into users' requests and concerns. Support staff
transmit user feedback to the software tool’s
development team, which provides an important link
between the user and the tools’ continued
enhancements.
