Chris Jordan

President
Mr. Jordan, who has been employed with Metron Aviation for over 22 years, is overseeing the long-term business strategy for Metron Aviation. He has served in many positions throughout his tenure, most recent position as Vice President of Business Development and Chief Information Officer. Previously, he held the role of Vice President of Advanced Research and Engineering. Mr. Jordan is an experienced technology architect with over 28 years of experience in advanced technology industries. He is an innovative leader with demonstrated ability to identify and implement solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from Liberty University.

Dr. Robert Hoffman

Vice President - Advanced Research & Engineering Services
Dr. Hoffman has more than 20 years’ experience working on and managing a wide range of aviation related projects, including metric and analysis development for the airspace system, development of decision support tools for air traffic personnel and airlines, and integration of unmanned aircraft systems into the national airspace system. Dr. Hoffman specializes in modeling, statistical analysis, optimization and advanced concept development for air transportation. In addition to his technical expertise, Dr. Hoffman has extensive experience in all aspects of business development including opportunity identification, capture manager, proposal writing and preparation. Dr. Hoffman holds his Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Boston University and his Ph.D. in applied mathematics from the University of Maryland.

Richard Roark

Head of Finance

Mr. Roark has more than 20 years of experience with finance and accounting and is responsible for managing the organization’s budget, cash flow, forecasts and monitoring the company’s overall financial performance.

Prior to joining Metron in 2019, Mr. Roark served as an outsourced CFO and Controller for multiple clients with Abod and Associates, LLC. Previously he held finance positions with MarketPro Shows and Lydon and Associates. Mr. Roark holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Maryland.

Brett Fujisaki

Vice President - Sales & Business Development

Mr. Fujisaki, has been with Metron Aviation for over 18 years, and is responsible for sales and business development. He spent the early part of his career supporting air traffic flow management (ATFM) operations for the Federal Aviation Administration, at their Command Center. Later he transitioned to international markets with the Commercial Products group, for Metron Aviation. Prior to his sales role, Mr. Fujisaki spent the previous decade traveling the globe working on ATFM Concept Development, implementing and supporting operational ATFM systems and working directly with customers as a project manager & customer liaison. He also supported customers as the Director of Product Development, for Metron Aviation. Mr. Fujisaki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from George Mason University.

Jeffrey Nalevanko

Vice President - Engineering & Technology

Prior to joining Metron Aviation in 2010, Mr. Nalevanko was a chief engineer at Lockheed Martin where his primary customers included the FAA and the National Archives and Records Administration.

Mr. Nalevanko has extensive experience and a proven track record with solving difficult customer problems using cutting-edge technology and managing complex system integration programs while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. He holds two degrees from James Madison University; a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Master of Science in computer science.

Dana Houghton

Head of Human Resources

Dana Houghton brings over seventeen years of Human Resources, global mobility programs, and office management experience to the team. Mrs. Houghton is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Administration, Health & Safety, Facility Administration, and is the key liaison for HR with Airbus Americas. In addition, she serves as the Ethics & Compliance Representative (ECR), leading all Ethics & Compliance activities and initiatives.

Before joining Metron Aviation, Mrs. Houghton worked for a small government contracting company where she built and grew the HR Department from the ground up to include the creation and implementation of new programs, procedures, policies and practices. Prior, she worked for AOL and managed the Global Mobility Programs to include Immigration, U.S. Domestic and International relocation programs.

Mrs. Houghton holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and a Global Mobility Specialist certification through the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
