With more than 23 years at Metron Aviation, Brett has built his career at the intersection of ATFM operations, customer engagement, and international program delivery. He began supporting FAA Air Traffic Flow Management operations at the Command Center, gaining a strong foundation in real-time decision-making.
Over the years, he has contributed to global ATFM concept development, operational system deployments, commercial product evolution, and strategic customer relationships. His experience spans both U.S. and international markets, giving him a broad understanding of how aviation systems function worldwide.
Brendan brings over a decade of international aviation system experience, including AIM, AMHS, ATFM, ATM, IFPD, and CNS technologies. He has supported major initiatives across more than 20 countries, helping customers implement essential systems that strengthen operational resilience and modernization.
His background includes contributions to a Canadian satellite communications manufacturing initiative and leadership roles in technology firms in Canada and Italy, where he supported national aviation upgrades and new airport development programs.
Kapri is a seasoned ATFM and CDM expert with more than 30 years of operational and leadership experience. Her FAA career includes work as a certified air traffic controller in an en-route center, followed by roles in national ATFM procedures and requirements.
She later served as a National Operations Manager at the Air Traffic Control System Command Center, overseeing daily operations of the U.S. National Airspace System. Her background provides extensive insight into both policy-level and real-time operational decision-making.
